Terms and Conditions of 99aba — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1Introduction

Welcome to 99aba. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 99aba ("the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 99aba platform at 99aba.ws, including all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services offered through it.

3Account Registration

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 99aba account. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person — identified by matching name, device, payment method, IP address, or other indicators — all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate personal details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account ownership: Your 99aba account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Verification: 99aba may at any time request additional verification documents including copies of CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. This is to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

4Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 99aba login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 99aba will never ask for your password via phone, email, or chat.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login details with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be a 99aba agent.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 99aba support immediately and change your password.
• 99aba is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from failure to maintain security on your part.
• You are responsible for all betting and gaming activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised each transaction.

5Deposits and Payments

99aba accepts deposits through a range of Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on 99aba are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on 99aba is Rs 100 for wallet-based methods. Minimums for other methods may vary and are shown at the point of deposit.
• Deposit currency: All deposits must be made in PKR. 99aba does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 99aba account are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. 99aba aims to process all withdrawal requests within four minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, subject to completion of identity verification.

• Verification requirement: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete 99aba's standard account verification process. This includes confirming your mobile number and matching the payment method to your registered identity.
• Own accounts only: Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. 99aba will not send funds to third party accounts under any circumstances.
• Wagering requirements: If you have an active bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not linked to a bonus can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (specified per offer) before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount, unless stated otherwise.

• Money laundering: Using 99aba to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate financial monitoring authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet on 99aba.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial means to place bets or play games on 99aba.
• Advantage exploitation: Systematically identifying and exploiting software errors, odds pricing mistakes, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.

10Responsible Gaming

11Account Closure

You may close your 99aba account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding any active bonus funds not yet wagered to the required level) will be returned to your registered payment method.

99aba also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any specific game rules.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by 99aba due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld during investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, balances may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned.

12Limitation of Liability

99aba provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from outages, technical errors, or delays — especially during peak traffic periods such as major PSL or Champions League fixtures.

• 99aba is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from system downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• The maximum liability of 99aba to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events is capped at the value of the stake placed in the affected transaction.
• 99aba is not responsible for any third-party costs, including data charges, incurred by players accessing the platform on mobile networks.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 99aba's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as such limitations are not permitted by applicable law.

13Privacy and Data

99aba collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on 99aba, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

14Changes to Terms

99aba may update or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of 99aba after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 99aba shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 99aba is licensed. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to independent arbitration. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
